What is Velar (VELAR)?

Velar Protocol is a DeFi platform focused on unlocking Bitcoin's liquidity. Built on the Stacks Layer 2 blockchain using the Clarity language, and inspired by Uniswap v2, it provides decentralized exchange functionality for Bitcoin.
