cmc.io staff never send direct messages on Telegram, X, Discord or e-mail about airdrops, rewards, refunds or account problems. Our official channels only post publicly.
No wallet connection on cmc.io
Our airdrop pages have no "connect wallet" and no "claim" button. Checking an address only takes the public address you paste. A page that asks you to connect a wallet "to check eligibility" is not ours.
Never share a seed phrase or private key
No real service, airdrop or support agent ever needs them. Anyone who asks for them wants to empty your wallet.
Claim links only from our airdrop pages
We link only to claim domains an editor verified, and our monitor checks each of them every 5 minutes. Before you leave cmc.io we show the exact domain: compare it with your browser's address bar.
Real support
Support answers only through [email protected] and the support section of your profile. We will never ask for passwords, 2FA codes or wallet secrets.
