What is ℓUSD (LUSD)?
LUSD is a stablecoin pegged to the USD used for settling loans within the Liquity protocol. Liquity is a decentralized borrowing platform that enables users to take interest-free loans against Ethereum used as collateral. These loans are issued in LUSD, a stablecoin maintaining a 1:1 USD peg, and require a minimum collateral ratio of 110%.
