A Keeper refers to an external individual or team responsible for executing tasks. These actions can range from simple transaction calls to complex operations involving extensive off-chain logic. The primary purpose of the Keep3r network isn't to handle these jobs directly but to enable contracts to register their need for external work (jobs) and for keepers to indicate their availability to perform these jobs. Each keeper is tasked with setting up their own DevOps and infrastructure, establishing rules based on which transactions they find profitable. A Job is a smart contract seeking external assistance to perform an action, ideally in good faith without malicious intent. By registering as a job, they allow keepers to execute actions on their behalf.
