It utilizes Pendle Finance's veToken/boosted yield model, offering boosted yields for liquidity providers and extra rewards for PENDLE holders through ePENDLE, a tokenized version of vePENDLE. This benefits all users: Pendle LPs can receive boosted yields by depositing through Equilibria even without holding vePENDLE. PENDLE holders can convert their tokens to ePENDLE, a liquid vePENDLE representation, and earn additional rewards by staking it. ePENDLE can also be swapped back to PENDLE on DEX.
