KLAP (Klaytn Lending Application) is a decentralized lending market allowing users to deposit or borrow assets. Depositors earn passive income by providing liquidity, while borrowers can access over-collateralized (perpetual) or under-collateralized (one-block) loans. The KLAP token has several utilities: 1. **veKLAP (Vote-escrowed KLAP):** KLAP holders, stakers, and KLAP-KLAY LPs can lock their tokens to receive veNFTs. VeNFTs provide: * Voting rights on KLAP emissions for lending/borrowing pools. * Yield boosters on liquidity mining rewards for lending/borrowing and Pool 2.
