sfrxETH is an ERC-4626 vault that lets you earn rewards from staking Frax ETH. You can deposit frxETH into the vault to get sfrxETH, which represents your share of the staked ETH and its accrued rewards. As the Frax ETH validators generate staking yield, the vault receives more frxETH, increasing the value of each sfrxETH over time. Holding sfrxETH is like owning a percentage of the vault's growing frxETH holdings, similar to how aUSDC and cUSDC work.
