What is Solayer (LAYER)?
Solana functions as the internet layer for data, trust, and financial transactions. Solayer utilizes Solana's robust security and efficient performance as a decentralized cloud infrastructure. This allows application developers greater consensus and blockspace customization. Solayer achieves this through a two-part strategy: 1) Restaking: utilizing SOL's security to protect other systems. 2) Shared Validator Network: Solana-centric networks that share Solana's security and infrastructure. The Solayer team is developing modular shared security primitives, which will be open-sourced in three main phases.
