Blast provides yield from ETH staking and RWA protocols, automatically distributing it to users. Unlike other L2s with 0% interest, Blast offers 4% on ETH and 5% on stablecoins. This is possible because Blast is designed to incorporate ETH and stablecoin yields natively, utilizing an EVM-compatible optimistic rollup. This allows for new Dapp business models. Blast uses auto-rebasing for ETH and USDB, its native stablecoin. ETH on the L2 is natively rebasing, and smart contracts can opt-in.
