Everclear is a public utility for cross-chain intent settlement. It allows fillers to share rebalancing costs by offsetting settlements within the network. It serves as a programmable layer for fillers and users to create and utilize various rebalancing methods (e.g., integrating with messaging systems, liquidity pools, or CEXs). Everclear facilitates permissionless expansion to new chains and rollups, enabling applications on any chain to onboard users from any other chain.
