Elastic Finance is a DeFi protocol that provides yield-generating strategies. It aims to offer sustainable yield opportunities regardless of market volatility. The protocol uses rebasing tokens, such as Ampleforth (AMPL), to improve yield through its Elastic Vault. This Vault buys and burns its native reward token, EEFI, when prices rise, and offers EEFI yield when prices fall. The design focuses on minimizing liquidation risks while providing automated yield farming strategies.
