About Bitcoin Diamond

Bitcoin Diamond (BCD) is a fork of Bitcoin that occurs at block height 495,866, resulting in a new blockchain chain called BCD. Miners of Bitcoin Diamond will start creating blocks using a new proof-of-work algorithm, enhancing security for account transfers and privacy based on Bitcoin's original features. This process causes the Bitcoin blockchain to split, with the original chain continuing unchanged and a new branch diverging from a specific block. Both chains share the same transaction history until the point of bifurcation. Consequently, a new cryptocurrency, Bitcoin Diamond, is created.
