What is Bent Finance (BENT)?
Bent Finance is a staking and farming platform designed to maximize your returns on Curve. Similar to Convex (CVX), Bent Finance (BENT) is created by an anonymous team and functions in a similar way to CVX's relationship with CRV. Here's how it works: Users deposit stablecoins into Curve but don't stake them directly in the gauge. Instead of staking Curve LP tokens in Convex, they stake them in BENT. BENT provides Convex rewards (minus a 17% fee) plus BENT tokens to compensate and exceed that fee. This is similar to Convex taking a 17% cut from CRV deposits. Users can also stake in the DAI/BENT Sushi Swap pool or participate in BENT or CVX staking. CVX staking will be used to vote on the Convex Gauge, controlled by BENT stakers.
