Oxycoin is the Dutch-based project. Although its team has partners all around the globe, the project is well-regulated by the law of European Union, which gives it the legitimacy needed to have a larger stature on the market. Looking at how the legislation passed in the European Union it's a fairly good sign that the project has received a license from the EU at large to conduct the type of business they are doing. The Oxycoin project is quite simple: create a comprehensive, one-stop-shop for all things crypto. Creating a framework to conduct all types of financial transactions using the crypto currencies any user might hold at the moment, Oxycoin is building a unique platform for the crypto world: the one that requires the least possible amount of effort of its users. The idea behind the Netherlands-based project is that, no matter the level of expertise and basically no matter the desires, anybody can log into the Oxycoin platform and conduct any kind of business they want.
