The open source decentralized Mintcoin cryptocurrency was presented on February 5, 2014, being the fork of Novacoin. It is considered more energy efficient than Bitcoin and altcoins working on PoW since the bulk of its coins are generated using stacking (PoS). Another feature of Mintcoin is fast transaction time. To confirm them, only 4 operations of 30 seconds are required, for a total of 2 minutes. The system is capable of processing up to 200 transactions per second, given the current network bandwidth.
The main advantages are the following: MINT has the fastest transaction speed in minutes - only 2 minutes. Next comes ETH with 3 minutes and the rest from 10 and longer. BTC has a total of 65 minutes. Also, performance per second for MINT is 200+ TPS, for others from 56 TPS and lower, up to 10 TPS for DASH. The commission for the operation at MINT is absent (or it may be 0.000001 USD, which is close to zero). Other tokens have the following numbers: ETH - $ 1, LTC - $ 0.40, DASH - $ 0.70, BTC - $ 30.
