Hyperion HYN

A Hyperion project is aiming to create a very specific type of an ecosystem that would include the users from all over the world, and would make an emphasis on the map economy of the world. The basic premise behind the project is this: there needs to be a project that is an open-source and freely-accessible, as well as easily usable, and which breaks the map monopoly currently held by the centralized institutions which are not a good place to put your trust in if you’re looking for stability or integrity. The Hyperion team is aiming to create a decentralized economy of maps that would be based on the distributed ledger technology and allow anybody at any time to share in the wealth of that global economy. The Hyperion blockchain would also support a slew of decentralized applications and tools built in order to allow the biggest amount of people to keep building those decentralized applications and much more. At Hyperion the main belief is that location data should be protected, and that it should drive innovation - for both of those things, they use blockchain.
