Electronic Gulden EFL

E-Gulden, or the electronic gold, is the decentralized digital currency, blockchain-based payment system, intended for use by the Netherlands. The idea is somewhat of the nostalgic recall of the time before the Netherlands became part of the European Union and entered the Eurozone. The cryptocurrency created by e-Gulden is made entirely to be used by the people of Netherlands to pay for goods and services within the country. Their intention is to drive the national economy while making it free of the financial issues that are surrounding the traditional financial institutions at every corner. Making the single decentralized currency in the country, the developers of the project are trying to make the financial transactions of the citizens much more secure process, with the information being stored on blocks and non-hackable nor leakable. The project is securing the financial transactions from any possible maliciousness from the third parties around the world, as well as protecting the transactional information of the Dutch people itself.
