CryptoPia is a hybrid game that combines elements of Civilization (strategy), Tycoon (business simulation), and RPGs. All in-game resources are tokenized, and items are represented as NFTs. The game heavily relies on blockchain technology: everything of value or that affects player efficacy is stored on-chain. It features a unique economic model that links spenders/purchasers with players who prefer or cannot spend, creating mutual dependence. These groups generate quests and tasks for each other and exchange rewards, forming a decentralized economy driven by players with user-generated content in a community-owned environment. CryptoPia offers simple onboarding via integrated multisig wallets, a free-to-play-and-earn model, and gasless transactions on the SKALE chain.
